He wrote, “Simon is the most effective, caring leader and role model in our company. He can only be described as self-sacrificing to ensure the success of everyone else around him. He always has and will continue to put his family, friends, and coworkers before himself in every situation. He always takes the initiative to find things that need to get done and takes care of it, and he never needs micromanagement. He consistently arrives early to help others learn and provide extra one on one training to anyone in need.”
