LOS ANGELES - Dec. 27, 2013 - PRLog -- Crowdfunding for business has gotten easier and smarter, thanks to Digital Fundraising School. Just in time for the holiday giving season, when businesses and causes reach out to contributors for donations and support, the online academy has released a six-part video series called Crowdfunding Quickstart. (http://digitalfundraisingschool.com/crowdfunding-quickstart-videos/)

"Until now, we have been all about  webinars," said Lee Schneider, founder and lead instructor at the online school. "But we received so many requests from students who wanted a quick start to their crowdfunding campaign. They wanted a way to learn crowdfunding in Los Angeles and elsewhere on their own time, and at their own pace. We created Quickstart for them."

Schneider said that the new video series is aimed at anyone who wants to start crowdfunding a business idea, develop creative media like films, videos or albums, or a social change initiative.

"We want to help people decide which crowdfunding platform is right for them, like Kickstarter, IndieGoGo, Rockethub, Razoo or GoFundMe. The videos will help you be a better crowdfunder no matter which platform you choose. We want you to succeed," he said.

Schneider, who appears in the videos, says he made each one from 7-10 minutes long in running time, "making them perfect for getting information in small bites." A subscription to the video series is priced at $49.95 and includes an audio version of each video for easy listening on the go using mobile devices like smartphones and tablets.

The series also comes with exclusive access to special reports and how-to PDFs available as downloads on the Digital Fundraising School website.
