Research studies have shown that the two greatest challenges facing HR professionals is the ability to talk about HR in terms of its financial impact and to utilize the correct metrics to do so. These are the language of business. This 2--day seminar will enable the participants to respond effectivey to these challenges. Six Sigma is that language of business.

Participants will be exposed to the theory behind the methodoogy and the practical ending in the application of the seminar content to a real time issue within their organization. At the conclusion of the two -days the participants will receive 13 HRCI Business cresits toward their PHR-SPHR-GPHR recertification and certification as Six Sigma Yelow Belts.
