Davy Jones Monkees book now available for Barnes & Noble Nook

Jan. 22, 2014 - PRLog -- Steve Marinucci's ebook, "Meet a Monkee: Davy Jones," with his exclusive interviews with Davy Jones, is now available for NOOK e-readers as well as on Amazon.com for Kindle e-readers.

"Even though the book is about the Monkees, it also has a strong Beatles connection," Marinucci says. "The first interview was done in response to a comment by Jones quoted by the New York Daily News that the Beatles were manufactured, a charge often leveled at the Monkees.

"I wanted to hear more of what Davy thought, and he certainly told me," Marinucci says. "He gave surprising opinions on the individual Beatles and Yoko Ono, of whom he was a fan."

The book is priced at only 99 cents. Further outlets where the book will be available are in the works.

"I think from reading the book people will find Davy was very opinionated," Marinucci says.
