Support for students to study in UK

Dec. 26, 2013 - PRLog -- A new service, R3sidence London, has been launched to prepare young people from the Middle East and Asia for student life in the UK by introducing them to future graduate careers and giving them the skills and knowledge required to choose a university and be successful in higher education. They help with every step, from choosing the right course and university to providing support when the student arrives to start his or her studies. The Summer School, a unique 10-day programme in Central London, has been designed for 16-18 years olds to get an insight into studying in the UK, during a crucial time in their education.

The Summer School is provided by the JGA Group on behalf of R3sidence London. The JGA group is an Ofsted-inspected organisation with over 20 years’ experience in the education, training and careers sectors. During their time at the Summer School, students will receive practical career advice from experts working in Engineering and Technology, Medicine, Law and Business. They will be coached for interviews and presentations and will learn skills in time-management and team work which will be valuable during their studies and beyond. The first Summer School is available for 20 students in Central London next August and will prove to be a productive and enjoyable experience for young people.
