Silver Spur Lodge offers combination hunt specials that allow you to hunt bear, elk, and deer at one time.  Any weapon bear hunting is permitted in the state of Idaho, as per Idaho Fishing and Game, which allows you to kick it up a level and get ready for the challenge of a lifetime! Silver Spur has 7-day guided Spot and Stalk hunts from a jet boat on the Salem River in late April, and both guided and self-guided hunting tours are offered from May through June. Bear hunting season picks up again during the fall, starting in September. You can hunt from land or sea, depending on the adventure you are looking for.
