PRLog (Press Release) - Dec. 24, 2013 - It’s been just a short month since Arrowhead Cadillac first opened its doors in the heart of Glendale, Arizona, and in that small amount of time, we’ve already begun to create a loyal following of Cadillac enthusiasts, both young and old. Our Managing Partner, Rick Meewes, recently spoke to Auto News about our quick success and future plans to improve our dealership through customer satisfaction. We contribute our achievements in the automotive industry to our harmonious team and our principles, which make the union possible.
When we first made plans to build a brand-new 60,000 square-foot Cadillac facility, we knew we wanted to create a luxurious experience for each customer that walked through our doors. Complete with 47 service bays, four area service drives and a car wash, our dealership has exceeded our own expectations, but even with these outstanding perks, Arrowhead Cadillac would be nothing without our strong team.
Three simple principles, “Do what’s right,” “Be committed” and “Treat each other the way you’d want to be treated,” have been the guiding force in our success, which includes a 96% sales gain since our initial grand opening on Nov. 11. We live by these guidelines and our employees, in return, carry out these principles, creating loyalty with our customers.
This business method has allowed us to build a successful relationship with our customers, which is further enhanced by our unique customer-centered services. We have an excellent concierge service with 12 drivers that will pick up a customer’s car for service and then return it once it is finished. We also offer a Courtesy Transportation Alternative program with 28 courtesy vehicles, provide Roadside Assistance and have a Certified Pre-Owned program, complete with low-priced vehicles.
Outside of these avenues for success, our high-quality Cadillac vehicles always keep customers coming back. The Cadillac SRX stands as our number-one vehicle and we’ve sold 40 in just the last month alone. Our brand-new, modern 2014 CTS and ATS models have also sparked interest in the 25 to 30 age group – a new feat for Cadillac whose average buyer is 63 years old. With other top-of-the-line vehicles such as the 2015 Cadillac Escalade and ELR, we strive to increase our new vehicle volume, while providing exceptional customer service that will help us become the premier Cadillac dealership in the Phoenix area.
