Eagle Bank employees at the Brentwood branch, 2521 Brentwood Boulevard, and the Chippewa branch, 6725 Chippewa Street, presented two deep freezes to Lydia’s House for use in the non-profit organization’
“Our staff wanted to help Lydia’s House and the important work they do in the community,” Eagle Bank President and CEO Michael Walsh said. “We are delighted our employees share the bank’s belief in community service. It is simply our responsibility.”
Lydia’s House is one of many charitable causes supported by Eagle Bank. In addition to providing up to 24 months of transitional housing, the over-arching goal of Lydia’s House is to help battered and abused women gain the skills and resources necessary for obtaining and sustaining permanent housing and for living independently as individuals and/or as parents.
