Dec. 22, 2013 - PRLog -- M/s Southern Asiana Industrials is now Upgraded with International Standards for Firm Incorporation with Ministry of Corporate Affairs(Govt of India) as " M/s SOUTHERN ASIANA INDUSTRIALS Private Limited , effective from 18/12/2013, to Better symbolize our expansion worldwide in Industrial and commercial verticals.

You'll notice our name change soon on all of our mailings, invoices, and promotional materials. It's still the same great company just with the following tag PRIVATE LIMITED after the name.

We thank all our Directors, Shareholders, Stakeholders, Vendors and Investors for the great patience in the commencement of work and lines, which got delayed due to several audits and meetings.
