Following are the terms and conditions of the offer:

1.       Coupons are not transferable.

2.       Coupons are redeemable at one time only.

3.       Coupons are valid for offer period only.

4.       No manual bills will be accepted.

5.       The lucky draw coupon to be collected on shopping for Rs 500 & above, on the same day of purchase along with that particular day's bills, else the same becomes invalid and will not be considered. Shopping time is between 11:00 am to 9:00 pm.

6.       Coupons will be issued subject to availability & nobody shall have the right to receive the coupon.

7.       The decision of an organizer in respect of the draw shall be final & the same cannot be questioned before any authority.

8.       Winners shall submit their coupon along with passport size photograph, invoice photocopy and pan card photocopy.

9.       Winner shall bear the TDS under IT Act 1961.

10.   Winner shall redeem the prize within 15 days from the date of result.

11.   The method of draw is at the sole discretion of the organizer.
