TEMECULA, Calif. - Dec. 20, 2013 - PRLog -- December 18, 2013 — Temecula, CA (USA) — Partners In Leadership^® is pleased to announce several internal changes to better support recent significant growth and client expansion.

Yvon Wagner has been promoted to Area Vice President. As an Area Vice President, Yvon will consult and strategize with CEOs and executive teams to deliver the full Three Tracks suite of Partners In Leadership benefits to their organizations.

In addition, four experienced professionals have joined as Regional Vice Presidents, Leadership Consultants and Executive Facilitators, including Mala Grewal, Jeff McMullin, Ron Paul, and Bob Pothier. Each brings world-class facilitation skills and will personally lead the training of an organization to make sure that accountability gaps are identified and closed, that the organization is aligned around the correct key results, and that clients understand how to use a Culture of Accountability^® to achieve them.

ABOUT YVON WAGNER

Yvon has a great passion for the development of leaders so that they may meet organizational needs now and in the future. One colleague described Yvon and her ability to help a leadership group change the culture of their large organization as "second to none." Yvon has advanced expertise and real-world application experience in applying the Partners In Leadership training through every level of an organization, from the C-Suite to part-time retail associates. Her front-line managerial experience in implementing the Partners In Leadership training provides her with unique insight into the challenges leaders face on their way to creating sustained results and makes her an effective executive coach and counselor to senior leaders using the Accountability Training.^®

Most recently, Yvon’s role at Partners In Leadership was as Regional Vice President, Senior Leadership Consultant and Executive Facilitator. She brings 24 years of leadership in a variety of positions with the global retailer of luxury and sports eyewear Luxottica, including a 16-year tenure as Vice President. During her distinguished career, Yvon led the reinvention of brands such as Target Optical and BJ's Wholesale Optical, as well as the transformation of both the culture and operating business models at one of the leading optical companies in the world. As a board member and President of EyeExam of California, the nation's largest Optometric HMO, Yvon mastered the art of cross-functional alignment in the healthcare arena.

Yvon received her training in Optics from Phoenix College, obtaining her board certification as an Arizona Licensed Dispensing Optician, and was the youngest person in Arizona to sit for her boards at that time. She also served as President of the Arizona Opticians Association.

BACKGROUNDS OF NEW REGIONAL VICE PRESIDENTS

·         Mala Grewal brings considerable experience in leadership consultation and advertising. She began her career in advertising, working with top-tier clients such as Apple, Wolfgang Puck, Hyatt, Subaru, Arby’s, and IBM. Mala’s exposure includes working with officer teams on a project with the United States Navy and coaching clients on career transition and development. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University and a master’s degree from the University of San Diego. She is a graduate of Landmark Education, and she is currently pursuing her ICF Coaching Certification from Accomplishment Coaching.

·         Jeff McMullin brings with him strong leadership and operational expertise in strategic planning, sales growth, acquisition and integration, training, and managing P&L. Previously, Jeff worked as co-founder and president of Discover Books, a Sales Manager with FranklinCovey Co. and has served on a number of boards and associations, including the Utah State Library Board, the University of Utah—Technology Commercialization Office, and the Young Presidents Organization Pacific Northwest Chapter. He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah and attended the Harvard Presidents Program at Harvard Business School. Jeff’s business and entrepreneurial background make him an outstanding addition to Partners In Leadership.

·         Ron Paul previously served as managing director of the Office of Corporate and Leadership Initiatives at California University of Pennsylvania (Cal U). While there, he had responsibilities that included line management of two university divisions, P&L management of the university’s $59 million convocation center, and contract management of the facility management company. He has trained C-suite executives, senior/middle managers, and line workers on topics including principles of leadership, productivity, and execution. He has worked in many industries including banking, telecommunications, hospital healthcare, food services, manufacturing, and nonprofit organizations. Previously, Ron served as the head of Investor Relations for GMN Capital, a billion dollar quantitative hedge fund, and as a client partner for FranklinCovey, where he led a successful sales team and achieved President’s Club and President Choice Awards—his clients included New York Life, Coach, U.S. Steel, Loews Hotel, Sbarro, PPG Industries, and Thermo Fisher Scientific. He holds an MBA from Cal U and is currently working on his PhD dissertation at Northcentral University in the area of management.

·         Bob Pothier most recently served as CEO of Hapacus, a mental wellness company, which he co-founded with his wife Virginia, offering an educational program around the science of happiness. Previously Bob served as President and CEO of PointOne Systems, a healthcare IT company that evaluates genetic healthcare information, spent almost nine years as Senior Global M&A Counsel at General Electric Company in the GE Healthcare division, and worked for Koch Industries in its Koch Capital group. Bob has a law degree from Georgetown University Law Center and a master’s degree in international business from Georgetown.
