DALLAS - Dec. 20, 2013 - PRLog -- I want to start this off with a link for all readers to use as a reference tool .http://conference-call-services-review.toptenreviews.com  Although this article is written in 2013, I’m not quite certain how the following link provides the 2014 Best Conference Call Service Reviews.  It’s odd.  If this went over some of your heads, we’re not in the year 2014 yet.

So with that out of the way, a lot of reviews are biased or just good marketing for one’s product and or service.  What I really like about the link provided and the details of such, it helps one understand the features and especially the cost(s) associated with Conference Calls.  As you will understand from the article, there are a lot of companies that provide these services.

Let me know get to the bottom line and save you time from reading a lengthy article.  Wouldn’t it be nice if you could save money and purchase directly from the Manufacturer?  For some, the usage is so low that it makes sense to use a service.  If you are spending $300 or less per month on conference calls, stick with the services.  However, if you’re spending more than that, you can possible save a chunk of money by purchasing your own system while gaining some nice features.

We are the manufacturer of iProphet SIP PBX.  Our solutions started out with the basic feature of unlimited Conference Ports then grew into a fully functional VoIP PBX.  Most likely if you are using a Conference Bridge Service, it’s ours.  Users call a telephone number, enter their ConferenceBridge number then their PIN.  Our system can be configured to ask the attendee to speak their name at the tone prior to introducing them into the conference.

What’s cool about having your own ConferenceBridge?  Feature and cost.  The Presenter has a heads up display that shows who has joined the conference.  The Presenter has the ability to increase/decrease the volume level of each attendee and even Mute.  This is useful for remote callers whom may have difficulty with their cell phone.  And what about that barking dog or crying baby?  We understand life and that’s where the Mute key is helpful.   The Presenter has a visual indicator of who are speaking and/or where the notice is coming from.  By simply depressing the Mute key, all others in the conference are not distracted.

Record the Conference to review at a later date.  For those who were unable to attend or would like to review what was said, access can be provided to the entire conversation if desired.  Recording is optional and selected by the administrator.

And finally the cost.  Call to discuss your situation.  972.293.3867
