Lee & Associates Names Trey Fricke Recipient of Leaders of Lee Award

DALLAS - Dec. 20, 2013 - PRLog -- In recognition of over a decade of excellence in commercial real estate, Trey Fricke, SIOR, principal at Lee & Associates Dallas-Fort Worth, was one of the recipients of the 2013 Leaders of Lee award at the Lee broker’s summit, which was held recently in Las Vegas. The award was created to give recognition to those who have made exceptional contributions to the firm and the industry, as a whole.

         Fricke has over 15 years of experience as a commercial real estate broker in Texas.  In 2006, Fricke was a founding principal of Lee & Associates’ Dallas-Fort Worth office.  During his tenure with Lee, Fricke has secured over 500 commercial real estate transactions, amassing to over 36 million square feet of space, for national, international and locally based companies.   His real estate prowess has earned him numerous industry accolades, including being named a CoStar power broker from 2002-2011 and being named the NAIOP North Texas industrial broker of the year in 2009.  He has also been recognized by the Dallas Business Journal as the top industrial broker in 2005 and for the largest industrial transaction, totaling 752,000-square-feet, in 2005.  Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Fricke was a principal at NAI Stoneleigh Huff Brous McDowell for five years.

         Fricke is also affiliated with several organizations in the industry, including a designation with the Society of Industrial & Office Realtors (SIOR).  He is also a founding member of the Industrial Asset Management Council (IAMC) and a member of the Lee Logistics Group.
