Kelli Tota - Named to Class of 2014 Ones to Watch in Business

Mineola, NY…….   Kelli Tota, Director of Strategic Development for Business Dynamics Inc.,  has been named one of the 40 people under 40 to watch in Business for 2014.

Kelli Tota has been with Business Dynamics Inc.for more than 8 years and was mentored by Barbara Cataletto, President and CEO.  Kelli holds an MBA in Executive Management and a BS in Marketing both from St. John’s University.

Kelli has held several positions within Business Dynamics since joining the company, and rose rapidly through the ranks due in part to her uncanny ability to react and resolve quickly both internal and external issues.

In her role as Director of Strategic Development, Kelli guides Business Dynamics Inc. through a variety of business development and marketing efforts as well as providing the utmost customer service and quality assurance to all her clients.  She also leads her team through product development and event coordination, including, but not limited to special client events, online courses and live webinars, company hosted events and participation in industry events among other things.

As Director of Strategic Development, Kelli began to look at the role in which Business Dynamics Inc. played in the reimbursement and coding arena for the spinal industry and identified untapped opportunities for growth.  Honing her own entrepreneurial skills, she conceptualized and eventually created, along with Barbara, The Business of Spine (TBOS), a consulting and educational company servicing the spine industry professional.   Today, TBOS is the faster growing affiliate of Business Dynamics Inc and was named one of the most innovative companies of the year for 2013.
