Lee & Associates Names Craig Hagglund Recipient of Leaders of Lee Award

OAKLAND, Calif. - Dec. 18, 2013 - PRLog -- With over 23 years of industrial brokerage experience, Craig Hagglund, SIOR, managing partner at Lee & Associates Oakland, was one of the recipients of the 2013 Leaders of Lee award at the Lee broker’s summit, which was held recently in Las Vegas. The award was created to give recognition to those who have made exceptional contributions to the firm and the industry, as a whole.

         Hagglund has over 23 years of experience as an industrial real estate broker in California.  In 1993, Hagglund was the founding principal of Lee & Associates’ first Northern California office in Pleasanton.  Thirteen years later, in 2006, he spearheaded the opening of the Lee & Associates Oakland office as founding principal, where he remains today, serving as managing principal.  During his tenure with Lee, Hagglund has received numerous accolades, including being recognized as Lee & Associates’ top producer from 2002-2013.  Additionally, he was recognized for his 2012-2013 fiscal year total transaction consideration, which amounted to upwards of $127 million.

         Hagglund is also affiliated with several organizations in Northern California, including the East Bay Brokers Association, Oakland Board of Realtors, Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and Lee & Associates Supply Chain Services Group.
