Susan C. Finelli Behind the Shadows Hearing Loss Interview with Dr. Dominick Servedio

NEW YORK - Dec. 18, 2013 - PRLog -- Dr. Servedio has been a Clinical Audiologist for the past 28 years specializing in diagnostic audiology and amplification.  He began his career at the League for the Hard of Hearing where he managed the hearing aid dispensary.  He went on to become the director of the Hearing Aid Center at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York City. Before starting his private practice in 2003, he worked as a technical support Audiologist for one of the nation’s largest and most advanced digital hearing aid manufacturers.  Dr. Servedio has been a clinical professor of Audiology at St. John’s University and New York University.  He is certified by the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.  He holds a New York State Hearing Aid Dispensing License.  Dr. Servedio has written and lectured on issues regarding the use and technology of amplification and assistive listening devices.
