Kaplan’s practice focuses on complex business disputes and real estate litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Justin gained experience litigating various disputes involving complex commercial litigation, class actions, personal injury, securities fraud and labor defense.
He is a member of the American Bar Association, Cuban American Bar Association, Florida Justice Association, Dade County Bar Association, the University of Miami Association and the University of Florida Alumni Association. Kaplan received his Bachelors of Arts, magna cum laude, from the University of Florida followed by his juris doctorate, cum laude, from the University of Miami.
