20% off for New Conference Bookings at Kempton Park and other Jockey Club Venues

Dec. 17, 2013 - PRLog -- To celebrate the New Year, Jockey Club Venues – the conference and events arm of The Jockey Club – is proud to offer a 20% discount on the day delegate rate for all new conferences booked at Kempton Park and any other of its conference venues in January and February 2014. Alongside the famous Middlesex racecourse, this special offer also includes such illustrious settings as Epsom Downs and Sandown.

The offer is valid for any new Jockey Club Venue conference booking for the first two months of 2014 that is made and confirmed anytime between now and the 31^st of January.

Facilities at the 14 Jockey Club Venues across the United Kingdom are second to none, with everything from smaller, intimate meeting rooms for under 20 people to substantial exhibition halls that can accommodate as many as 2,250 people.  All the essential mod-coms are accounted for: the venues offer a collective 82,000 parking spots, high speed internet and professional lighting, as well as the latest technology to allow easy connection of AV equipment and other such requirements. With a collective 30,000 square metres of flexible indoor space spread across 81 function rooms and 230, delegates will never be pushed for space and the gamut of locations on offer ensures there’s always something for everyone’s requirements.

Concerned about location? It is estimated that over three quarters of the country’s population live within a short half hour drive of a Jockey Club Venue, and each one has convenient and regular transport links which ensure public transport needn’t be a trial. Selected locations also include on-site hotels where delegates can extend their visit if they’ve travelled from afar, and accommodation is never far from those without such on-location facilities.
