Chase was recognized for her integral role in helping CRA and its employees smoothly transition following two company acquisitions and a period of rapid hiring. Chase was instrumental in facilitating employee communications following the acquisitions and for creating programs for organizational socialization and employee engagement. Chase also implemented a web-based system which allows employees to update their personal information, complete forms, register for benefits, and complete training modules online.
This year marked the third annual Best in Biz Awards program, which focused on companies based or operating in North America. According to awards officials, it was the most competitive in its history, with the highest number of submissions to date and the most distinguished judging panel yet assembled.
