MICROS are white labeling a series of Grosvenor terminal range to supply a complete end-to-end workforce management solution. The Grosvenor Technology IT Series is a family of workforce management terminal products based upon leading edge technology. High performance processors and the Linux operating system bring an enriched user experience to applications such as task anagement, time and attendance bookings.

The Grosvenor advanced integration tools helps to create a professional development environment and they are fully integrated with the terminal platform and complement the MICROS’ WFM applications. The applications for the business logic are customisable. Also the user interfaces for Time and Attendance solutions and services can be customized for small retailers and multinational corporations and are the foundation for unlocking the customers’ potential to make smarter decisions.

The MICROS workforce management solution set already offers a wide range of tools that enable our customers to plan the efficient use of resources and reduce costs, while ensuring the right employees are in the right place to serve their customers and increasing their sales revenue.
