New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner
Encore Bistro & Pool Terrace is offering savoury dining options from fresh salads, soups, gourmet appetizers, live cooking  stations, whole lamb ouzi, grills, fresh seafood delicacies - king crab legs, oysters, shrimps, green mussels and  razor clams as well as delightful and tempting desserts. All the while, guests will enjoy seafront views and modern classical tunes performed live by Trio Allegretto on piano, flute and violin. Ringing in the New Year, the Dubai based DJ Harshana, spinning your favourite tracks from 70’s, 80’s and 90’s, promises a festive party to reminisce for months at a time.

Dragon’s Place and Sunset Terrace
If you look for intimate ambiance with both indoor and outdoor dining facilities, Dragon’s Place is the perfect venue to celebrate Asian style. Guests dining on the Sunset Terrace can watch the live entertainment at the sprawling Pool Terrace while enjoying a selection of Japanese and Thai flavours from deluxe sushi and sashimi platters, soups and salads to Teppanyaki options from beef tenderloin, king prawns, chicken breasts and salmon steak served with Japanese vegetable burger and rice.

Gathered in a private Teppanyaki dining room, the lovers of Teppanyaki luxuriate in Chef Warit’s culinary repas spread in two live shows. Alternatively, Asian fusion culinary delights from the a la carte menu are offered as usual inside the restaurant. The Private terrace is available for group bookings up to 12 people.

Group gatherings and celebrations
To personalise your New Year’s moments and share them in the exquisite circle of closest friends and loved ones, The Ajman Palace is offering chic and elegant venues for groups or private gatherings. The restaurants will serve complimentary unlimited selected beverages until 01:00 o'clock; thereafter, guests can always order drinks as usual from the menus till 02:00 o'clock.

Package guests from Encore Bistro and Dragon's Place are welcome to enjoy selected beverages and mouth-watering eats in Nojoom Lounge; shisha flavours are available for an additional price from the set menu.
Dress code for outlets is festive, smart casual, as well as formal in Encore Bistro, and in adherence to local customs and traditions. Also, The Ajman Palace suggests having warming attire as noticeable drop in temperature may occur during the evening as a cool breeze begins to blow from the sea.
