PBG Announces New Broker Dealer Relationship

PALO ALTO, Calif. - Dec. 13, 2013 - PRLog -- PALO ALTO, CALIFORNIA December 13, 2013 – The Perreault Birmingham Group LLC (PBG), a Silicon Valley based investment banking and consulting firm, has announced that GBS Financial Corporation, the broker dealer through which the firm has offered investment banking services, has combined its operations with Western International Securities Inc. (“WIS”) based in Pasadena, California. Western is a mid-market Broker Dealer and maintains clearing relationships with JP Morgan Clearing Corp, Pershing LLC, and Wedbush Securities.  As a part of the combination, PBG Managing Director, Hobart Birmingham and PBG Vice President, Bruce Stouffer, who were registered representative of GBS, have now become registered representatives of WIS.
