GREENSBORO, N.C. - Dec. 13, 2013 - PRLog -- CEO of Nour Group, Inc and best-selling author David Nour challenged an ensemble of regional influencers to “disrupt the system” and “challenge the status quo” during a two-day conference held at the Technology Center of the Piedmont Triad on December 5 and 6.

William “Bill” Brown, CEO of Technology Centers, LLP, met Nour at the annual InfoComm AV Executive Conference in Florida last September. “The reason I really wanted to bring him in is that I believe the relationships we develop in the times we live — that’s how we get things done,” says Brown. “We (the business community) have to find ways to collaborate. We have to find ways to connect and do the things we need to do in order to get to where we want to go.”

The conference, entitled “Looking Back, Planning Ahead,” was framed around concepts from Nour’s book, Relationship Economics. In the book, Nour points out, “By understanding and developing the three types of relationships —personal, functional and strategic — you hone critical skills to develop a nose not only for identifying great opportunities, but also for determining which relationships to tap for execution, performance and results.”

Nour and Brown are partnering to present a six-part webinar series on the #NewNorm which will be broadcast exclusively at the Technology Center of the Piedmont Triad beginning in January 2014. The series will focus on how to think and lead differently in creating market gravity for your brand.
