The free app is an innovative twist on old fashioned picture puzzle games.
With 900 million pictures taken every week, it’s about time that somebody made and app that makes photography social and fun as explained by Adam Daniels of Developappz, founder of Shutter Nutter:
‘We loved taking pictures with our phones, but were bored in seeing endless pictures on Facebook of just the same picture with either vintage or sepia filters. Given our experience at creating children's games, we felt that there must be a way to make sharing apps fun and turn it into a challenge’
The team worked with developers Smartappz to develop an app which allows users to take a picture, turn it into a puzzle – and then send to a friend to un-jumble. With built in Facebook and Twitter sharing, the app has been a huge hit already with it’s users.
The team worked hard to make sure sharing, fun and ease of use are paramount:
‘We knew it had to be fun, easy to use, quick and shareable, we thought up endless ways to do so, but came back to the simple old fashioned picture puzzle that everybody at any age knows’
The team are following on from their success with the App Spell With Me – and with a track record in making games fun, it was an easy step for Developappz to bring fun to photography.
