Crowd Valley And Sapphire Capital Partners To Offer Full Crowdfunding Marketplace For Private Assets

Dec. 16, 2013 - PRLog -- San Francisco & London – Crowd Valley, Inc. (“Crowd Valley”) and Sapphire Capital Partners LLP (“Sapphire Capital”) have announced today that they work together to provide joint services to crowdfunding and online securities platforms.

This collaboration means that UK customers can now start online marketplaces for new asset classes such as real estate properties, private companies of all stages and energy projects, where customers can be provided a full service. The Crowd Valley platform enables this and Sapphire Capital will seek to ensure that crowdfunding platforms are presented and managed according to the current FCA regulations.
