The team over at Careers World have been working tirelessly in preparation for the release of the spring edition of their hit vocational magazine.

Dec. 13, 2013 - PRLog -- Packed full of new content, the publication is the vital resource for anyone needing careers information. Careers World is unmatched in its relevance to the modern 14-19 year old. This time around there’s an exciting new host of panelists for the ‘Ask the Experts’ feature, who have been pitched a fresh batch of questions. Among their ranks are universities, colleges, training providers and employers relevant to your region.

Of course the big news is the return of the celebrity interview and this time around our star is Peter Jones, entrepreneurial guru and panelist of the BBC’s ‘Dragons’ Den’. Peter speaks to us about life in and outside the Den, the secrets to his success, as well as his insights into the world of careers, with details of the Peter Jones Enterprise Academy in colleges nationwide.

The editor saves you the time of researching the changes to GCSE Maths and English by summing up what’s new and how it affects you, as well as letting you know details of the fast-approaching National Apprenticeship Week 2014.

In the Careers Advisor-specific section, the focus this issue is on how to write a CV, complete with example framework, a critique of the most commonly included content and a step-by-step guide on what information is required to really stand out. One of the most popular questions to CEIAG advisors around the country is ‘how do I write a CV?’ and with this resource at their disposal, their job just got that bit easier.

The magazine can be accessed online from January 2014, and will be circulated in schools and colleges nationwide at the start of the spring term. To find out more, or to get in touch with Careers World, visit http://careersworld.co.uk or call 01765 694120 to speak to a member of the team.
