Follow on Google News | From Homeless Busker to Internationally Touring Artist, Dan Coyle Returns to Burlington in FebruaryAfter two bouts of homelessness, exuberant crowds and worldwide recognition have found modern folk artist Dan Coyle. Coyle brings his show to Nectar's in Burlington on February 8th at 7pm. Entry is free.
"There have been a lot of ups and downs along the way, but I've found it's best to just keep focused on doing what makes you feel great. Even in the midst of my homelessness, I was playing music, so it was hard to be too despondent," Fans of, what Coyle calls, "Somewhat quirky, somewhat upbeat, somewhat sentimental folk music," will be treated to a free show on February 8th at Nectar's. Showtime is at 7pm and it's recommended that people arrive early to get a seat. "It's the sweetest honey I could find, traveling and playing music for people who quickly turn into great fans and friends. I've tried making it through life without doing this, but it's the only thing for me," remarked Coyle.
