Aerospace Course for Working Professionals

BANGALORE, India - Dec. 12, 2013 - PRLog -- From a recently conducted survey, it has been found that large numbers of graduate engineers working as executives in Engineering Industry and R & D establishments in and around Bangalore are aspiring to improve their academic qualification by specialising in areas of the interest for better career prospects. At times, it may be difficult for them to take time off from the organisations for this purpose by joining regular Master’s programmes.

In order to fulfill the requirements of working executives, Jain University offers MS Engineering (Aerospace) programme. It has been drawn up in consultation with employers like Aircraft Industries (India and abroad), Aerospace R & D, Airlines, Airports and Academic Institutions. The programmes include Aerospace Engineering - Aerodynamics (AD), Aerospace Engineering - Aerospace Structures (ST), Aerospace Engineering - Avionics (AV) and Aerospace Engineering - Manufacturing & Maintenance Management (M & M). Pass percentage in the prescribed qualifying degree examination or equivalent with not less than 50% (for SC/ST 45%) in the aggregate is necessary. Candidates should be working for at least two years and should be sponsored by respective organisations. The course duration is minimum two years and maximum four years. December 27, 2013 is the last date for applying. Entrance test and counseling will be held on January 12, 2014.
