Auroville Retreat announces a 2-day Life Coaching Retreat to be held on 25-26 Jan

PUDUCHERRY, India - Dec. 12, 2013 - PRLog -- The Life Coaching retreat offers a unique opportunity to learn coaching skills and be coached yourself. Coaching enables people to create real and positive change by dramatically increasing their levels of self-awareness.

The aim of the retreat is to give you the tools to achieve greater awareness and set yourself and others off on a path of fulfillment, growth and balance. The answers to your questions already lie within you and point you towards the realization of your full potential. You will learn how to use your intuition, how to utilize your listening skills and to ask powerful questions in order to facilitate the journey of finding your answers and growing into your biggest self.

A qualified Co-active coach from the Coaches Training Institute in London, Julie enjoys coaching a broad client base – from entrepreneurs to executives, mothers, academics and designers. She draws upon her yoga and meditation practice as well as her business consulting background to help clients find a balance - between thought and action, between being mindful and being practical.

The Retreat will be held in Auroville, an international community 20 minutes away from Pondicherry in South India. It is a quiet little town with approx. 2000 inhabitants. Once a barren area, Auroville has become green, thanks to reforestation. Auroville has a semitropical climate. Temperatures peak in May/June (the Summer months), and go beyond 40 degrees, while in winter (November to March) the day temperatures are between 24 and 30. The Monsoon in October/November brings the temperatures down.
