Ranserve quickly repairs building after alleged drunk driving accident

AUSTIN, Texas - Dec. 11, 2013 - PRLog -- Austin, Texas- December 7th, 2013

Around 4 a.m. Saturday December 7^th an allegedly drunk driver crashed his vehicle into south Austin’s Elmcroft Senior Living Community. In addition to waking the Elmcroft residents, the accident destroyed two of the building’s entry way columns while severely damaging a third. The damage rendered the building’s main entrance inaccessible and was in need of immediate repair.

Elmcroft immediately contacted ACT emergency services who contacted The Steam Team, Austin’s full-service, cleaning, restoration, and catastrophe Management Company.  After assessing the damages The Steam Team deemed the project better suited for local general contractor Ranserve. Within 24 hours Ranserve constructed a temporary shoring to support the damaged columns and regain a safe entry into the building.
