“With round containers, which were designed for gelato, there is a lot of waste,” says Bach. “It takes more time to cut circles and a lot of the cake goes to waste, which eats into your profits.  I had made thousands of desserts in the round containers and always thought there had to be a better way to do this.”

The newsquare CakeShooter® is designed for a full serving of cake. By including the formally-wasted corners, the contents are 35% bigger than what could fit into the round push up containers.

Bach has a design patent for the square containers and has trademarked the CakeShooter name.  Any business using the new square CakeShooter containers has permission to use the CakeShooter name in marketing their product.
