Power Design, Inc. Breaks Ground on 257 Unit Senior Living Community, The Arlington of Naples

NAPLES, Fla. - Dec. 10, 2013 - PRLog -- Power Design, Inc., a Florida based electrical contractor and engineer, is expanding its senior living portfolio with the recent award of The Arlington of Naples.

Partnered with several entities including Lutheran Life Communities, Archer Western and DeAngelis Diamond Construction, the new resort-style retirement community has already exceeded its presale goals. Located in the acclaimed Lely Resort, the complex boasts easy access to golf courses, tennis courses, as well as a close proximity to a regional library and state-of-the-art hospital.

“Our work on The Arlington presents a great opportunity to build our senior living expertise,” said Scott Wilkinson, regional vice president of Power Design’s Southeast Division. “We will be enhancing relationships with new and repeat customers, and anticipate a very successful project to be completed in 2015.”

A number of factors are contributing to growth in the senior living market in 2013. As the Pew Research Center reports, approximately ten thousand baby boomers a day turn 65 and that trend is expected to continue for at least another 17 years.
