The reason for my stance is because I believe there must be a franchisor out there, who really wants their trainers to excel above all others. Can you imagine how much this would change the dog training industry? By allowing franchisees flexibility, they are happier and earn more money. When they earn more money so does the franchisor. If just one smart dog training organization did this, they would set the dog training industry ablaze and never look back. Who wouldn’t want to be of a business like that!
