In her new role at Brandon Hall Group, McFarlane will serve as principal analyst in HR technology, workforce planning, compliance, payroll, and benefits and will work with CEO Mike Cooke and VP of Product Development Claude Werder on expanding the HR Practice.
Cooke said McFarlane is the ideal person to expand the HR Practice because of her intimate knowledge of HR functions and technology and her exceptional networking, communication and collaboration skills.
