Wilson is an alumnus of Utah State University and the CBA/BAI Graduate School of Retail Bank Management, and has spent the past 13 years making his mark on the financial industry as a senior level professional. Most recently, he served as the first vice president for a leading financial firm where he helped lead an acquisition of two large financial institutions and spearheaded activities related to growth, profit, expense control, branch integration, sales, and production. Wilson also has extensive experience in revenue growth, new market entry, product development, lending, production, compliance, employee and business development, customer care, human resources, organic / inorganic growth, and culture integration.
