Because organizations are facing increasing complexity, building and designing strong corporate boards that promote sound governance has become more important than ever. Whether an organization needs to overcome adversity or take advantage of opportunity, leveraging the considerable talents and knowledge of the board will aid in the development of a unified and progressive strategy. Together, an elite group of participants and faculty will discover how to strengthen their own contribution at the board level as well as overall board effectiveness to truly drive business values, competitive advantage and board engagement.

Addressing issues that range from the importance of teamwork and organizational design to foster functional, collaborative and high-performing teams to communication, power and influence in organizations and boards, along with the importance of information flow and the mechanics of getting the right information to the right individuals in a timely manner, this program brings together top executives with world renowned thought leaders.  The faculty of Value Creation through Effective Boards program is made up of professionals who are involved not only in teaching and serving on boards, but also in research into the newest and most progressive strategies and structures for boards.
