The Villa welcomes you in with a glowing vista, clean and bright as you step over the threshold and through the front door. You are first greeted by a lovely gourmet kitchen island, the front side lined with several designer bar stools, you notice the stainless steel appliances and accents that glisten across the counters as your eyes gaze around at the picturesque features of the home.
As you glance to your left your eyes shift to the muted white and green hues of the exquisitely designed dining area. The light shines in through the wide front windows ever so softly, creating a relaxing atmosphere as you admire the sand and sea accents adorning the table and you notice that they are meticulously placed throughout the house, adding a creative touch to the beach themed serenity.
Walking to our left now we begin to follow the hallway through the house to explore the rooms. The first room is on our left and is the first guest bedroom. As we step inside the room we see a lovely teal and sandy brown beachy decor, the sunlight is shining through the windows and the soft drapery permits the perfect amount of light to spill into the room and onto a bed that could easily be mistaken for a cloud. The room has a good sized personal closet of course, for all your clothes and belongings to be stored away.
Out and across the hall we find the guest bathroom, sparkling clean with deep double sinks, shower and toilet. It also has direct access to the pool and patio with a locking frosted glass door. The mirrors were custom designed to have an older worn appearance, which makes a nice contrast amongst the posh amenities and smokey granite counter top.
As we enter the hallway and look to the right we see the second guest bedroom just ahead. The door opens inward revealing a cozy space with a billowing cloud of a bed that has a softly shaded window behind the headboard and mirrored doors on the closet. The color scheme in this room is more that of browns and whites, giving it a very calm and relaxing feel. There is a nice aged cabinet at the foot of the bed while two wooden nightstands and large mirrors hang on both sides of the window, some lovely decorations that add both dark and light subtle touches to the room.
At the end of the hallway we find the final room, the illuminated doorway beckons to us as we approach and open the door to reveal a large and exquisitely decorated master bedroom. To our left we see the sitting area with two over sized dark leather chairs with a matching table between, and they sit atop a luscious plush grey and white area rug that's just too soft to be believed. The mirrored closet doors behind the chairs reflect the room behind us and we turn to see the beachy decor with teal accents and elegantly worn furniture that draw the room together.
Soft light comes in through the drapes shrouding the two glass doors on either side of the giant puffy and luxurious bed, setting a smooth and relaxing ambiance. The door to the left of the bed will bring you to a private and secluded back patio surrounded by lush greenery with two chairs and a small table that's just a perfect spot for having your morning coffee. The door to the right of the bed leads out to the pool and patio area. Both back entrances have direct access to the pool, tiki hut, and waterway dock.
The bathroom of the master bedroom is another luxurious feature all on it's own, with beautiful ocean scape artwork hanging next to adjustable wall recessed ambient lighting, two large silver framed mirrors seemingly hover just above the grey and white marbled counter top and deep white basins of the double sinks.
The shower was custom designed with white pebble flooring and white pebble stones that run decoratively up the walls alongside the beautiful tile work. This shower has more than enough of room with two detachable shower heads as well as two fixed large round ones, and there's even a pebbled sitting area built right into the wall.
As we venture back out of the master bath and bedroom and up the hallway, we walk around towards the kitchen and make our way through the house. Approaching the living room we see more subtle inviting touches of the sand and sea decor, the room slightly brightens as the sunshine gently comes in through the drapery from the back patio. We notice the two low sitting snow white couches that surround a large low square glass topped woven table, and a large flat screen TV that is mounted on the wall hangs above a wooden cabinet and two large mirrors surround either side from floor to ceiling as they reflect the lavish decor from behind.
Standing in the living room we see the sliding glass doors of the back patio entrance, shrouded by drapes that let in just the right amount of light, they lead us out to the glorious backyard oasis, where we find the heated pool and custom tiki hut surrounded by lush greenery.
The cool pool water glistens under the sun like a teal gemstone against the bright patio stone flooring. The left side of the pool is set up with several lounge chairs seated under giant umbrellas that provide just the right amount of shade with a beautiful lush backdrop of assorted palms and bamboo.
Shifting our gaze out towards the waterway as we walk down to the tiki hut, no words or pictures will capture just how relaxing it can be as soon as you step underneath it's shade. The wind comes in cool from the waterway and blows against your face as you breathe in deeply and all your stress melts away... you soak in the beautiful south Florida landscape and realize that you have finally found paradise.
