“I was deeply moved to see my first children’s book, The Little Rose, come to life on stage!” says Sheri Fink.
“The cast and crew did a phenomenal job of staying true to the message of The Little Rose, and magically bringing its message of hope, love, and acceptance to fruition. I am forever grateful to Leon Scioscia, my co-playwright, the entire production cast and crew, and to the Vanguard Theater at The University of Tennessee at Martin for making this dream come true.”
The Little Rose has plans to be performed on-stage again in January 2014.
The play, directed by Melanie Hollins, and written by Sheri Fink and Leon Scioscia, included crew and actors from the University of Tennessee, as well as the local Martin community.
