Unparalleled Success at “La Posada” Hosted by The Latin American Chamber of Commerce - Georgia

ATLANTA - Dec. 8, 2013 - PRLog -- The Latin American Chamber of Commerce - Georgia (LACC Georgia) announced today its XIII Annual “La Posada”  was a resounding success with a sold out event including 450 local small and medium business owners as well as top executives from several Top Fortune 500 companies based in Atlanta.

“With this year’s Posada, the most successful in over 10 years, we have been able to bring together our core membership and provide them with a channel to both make valuable business connections as well as with an opportunity to celebrate the commitment of their teams, their success and their growth”  said Alejandro Coss, President & CEO of the LACC Georgia.

As part of the event, the LACC Georgia recognized Delta Dental with the Corporation of the Year award, Precision 2000 with the Business of the Year award and Ginny Milner, Founder of Fix Georgia Pets with the Chairman Award, presented by Mr. Rudy Beserra, VP of Hispanic Affairs from The Coca-Cola-Company and Chairman of LACC Georgia.

Ms. Milner received a standing ovation from the guests attending the event.

“La Posada” featured an enactment of the tradition led by Instituto de Mexico and Dance_Ando Folkloric Ballet, a wine-paired Latin inspired 3-course dinner, dancing with Atlanta Show Band, a Brazilian Batucada with samba dancers, a raffle and silent auction.

All funds raised from the event support the mission of the LACC Georgia of fostering economic development through small and medium businesses and entrepreneurs.

The event was chaired by Monica Maldonado, President of Interprint Communications & Javier Galeano from Galeano, Li, Lei & Villegas.
