Clinical Research Advantage Receives Bronze Best in Biz Award for Technology Department of the Year

TEMPE, Ariz. - Dec. 10, 2013 - PRLog -- Clinical Research Advantage (CRA), a company that provides clinical trial solutions for pharmaceutical sponsors and contract research organizations, is excited to announce that its Technology Department has been awarded the 2013 Bronze Best in Biz Award for Technology Department of the Year. The Best in Biz Awards program is the only independent business awards program judged by members of the press and industry analysts.

CRA’s Technology Department was recognized for its innovation and efficiency in transitioning hundreds of employees to new systems following a period of acquisitions and rapid employee growth, and creating an integrated platform for clinical research. “This year our team was met with new challenges, and we were excited to develop solutions that would continue to help the company grow and succeed,” said Eric Levie, CRA’s chief technology officer. “I am extremely proud of the new systems and platforms our team has created. This year marked the third annual Best in Biz Awards program, which focused on companies based or operating in North America. According to awards officials, it was the most competitive in its history, with the highest number of submissions to date and the most distinguished judging panel yet assembled. More than 500 entries were received this year, from a wide array of public and private companies of all sizes and from a variety of industries and geographic regions in the U.S. and Canada. Winners of Best in Biz Awards 2013 were determined by an independent panel of 50 judges from top-tier news, business and technology publications, as well as broadcast outlets and analyst firms.
