Midstate Hyundai & Midstate Dodge Donate to Barre Salvation Army

BARRE, Vt. - Dec. 8, 2013 - PRLog -- Midstate Hyundai and Midstate Dodge, in conjunction with IAM were pleased to have presented Lieutenant Drake with the Salvation Army in Barre, Vermont a check in the amount of $1845.00, representing a five dollar donation on behalf of each customer who stopped by the store in October during Midstate Sell-Off Event.

Midstate Dodge has worked with the Salvation Army for several years, providing vehicles for the Army to use during their red kettle drive in November and December.  The dealership contributes non-perishable food items during the annual Stuff-A-Truck event in November that Frank FM 107.1 hosts to benefit the Salvation Army and after the flooding of Irene, Midstate hosted a special Stuff-A-Truck event at the dealership to help the Salvation Army meet the needs of those needed help from this devastating flood.  Midstate's staff was looking to do a little more this year for the Salvation Army, so they approached IAM, one of their marketing partners in Orlando with an idea to raise funds for the local branch of the Salvation Army.  Together, both companies agreed it would be a great idea to have a little fun and make a donnation on behalf of each customer that came in during their October sale.
