Determined Artist Drops Some"Lines" to Get Attention

MINNEAPOLIS - Dec. 7, 2013 - PRLog -- Listening to the album you can hear his passion, his struggle and again his shine.

Featuring artists Absent (From Lil Flips label Clover G), SIIK (From NVR) and Big H (From 1812 Records).

Put this on the radio. That’s what we thought when we first stopped to listen to it.

In a club called The Red Sea, Downtown Minneapolis is where the discovery was made.

The small club in the big city shined, with a crowd of people standing in front of the stage as Slim Chances performed.

After opening shows for Insane Clown Posse, Twizted, Krizz Kaliko, Lil Wyte and a bunch of other nationals.

His need to expand seemed to grow larger. The production on his recent albums are a must hear.

Vocal abilities are not lacked, in fact after Slow Motion came along another album shortly after.

Named "No Angel" for the darkness on the album he drops a few lines that are pretty deep.

There’s a song called "The Beating Drum" where he seems to talk about his interactions with domestic violence and his mother getting beat.

"Dads at work so mammas cleaning up the house. Don’t drop that popcorn on to daddy’s brand new clean couch.

They all tried not to give him reasons to be freakin out. Only four more hours before he can be here freakin out.

They started seeing that he's late he's usually here by now. Started getting darker six hours passed by somehow.

He stumbled up the drive way only evil eyed. The beating drum is home, the beating drum is home.

Now daddy was blacked out so he didn't even know what he been up to when he started throwing bows.

Stop is the only words these kids would ever know."

As deep as that sounds it only gets deeper from there. Producing the majority of this album himself and Describing himself as a being like "No Angel", he goes on talking about getting locked up for driving.

Slim Chances has had a long run in with the police for driving without a license and believes that there are bigger issues in the world rather than locking someone up for trying to pick up his kids.

Letting go is a song featuring C4our from FTB Records, Talking about things like "Something’s are just better of letting go, letting go."

At this point it seems that’s just what he is doing.

In recent events with the new album dropping soon we decided to talk with him about his up and coming release.

"The album is called Buckwild. It’s featuring a lot of production from PS Beats and is by far the best one so far.

When I did the last two albums I actually recorded them both at the same time but release them separately.

I decided to concentrate more on one thing at a time with this one so to speak.

From production to collaborations to lyrics I feel this one is up a few notches.

Featuring Kamikazi, Conway Pity, GrewSum and a few more artists that I wanted on this album to really spice up the listening pleasure for my fans.

Ultimately that’s who I made this album for. Thank you fans." - Slim Chances 12/7/2013
