ROCK HILL, S.C. - Dec. 6, 2013 - PRLog -- How does one discover a book when the author and title are unknown? With other book sites, a search by category, genre or even descriptive keywords might seem helpful, at least until you know how many unique book titles are on earth. The incredible number is more than 180 million. Omajin is designed to wade through all the irrelevant books and return only the perfect matches for each search visitor.

When a visitor's very own ideas are entered in Omajin's search box--even multiple ideas for a single book--Omajin returns a match score for each book discovered. For example, if the visitor enters love, relationship, and estranged wife, the search engine could reveal a book with an 82.4% match score.  More to the point, an Omajin Elements tab reveals individualized scores for each idea entered (love @ 35.3%, relationship @ 28.1%, estranged wife @ 19.0%). Such idea-based searching, in conjunction with appraisal scores for each book match, significantly benefits anyone who has an interest in books.

Authors and publishers generally tell people what to read, pitched in the form of marketing and promoting. This requires too much time or money (or both). Searching and listing at Omajin is always free. By using their own ideas, however phrased, readers are telling Omajin exactly what they want to read. When Omajin reveals how much or to what extent their ideas are covered in a matching book, this helps them make an informed buying or reading decision (for example, does the book focus on relationships enough?). This also helps them discover a book that is seemingly custom-fit for their tastes, all without first knowing the author or title.

Omajin allows book reviewers to write and list reviews for books that can be found by way of its new book search technology--the appraisal of multiple ideas. The Omajinary View is a program in the works, only for book reviewers. It will eventually pay $500 to each reviewer whose listing(s) total one million unique views via Omajin's search results. Each million views will earn another $500.

The Omajin Empire is an internet-based technology company registered in South Carolina. The goal of the search engine is to become the Universal Librarian that helps its visitors "think" any book into existence, as it were. The ambitious goal of attracting more than 54 million authors on earth is possible now that more authors are self-publishers of ebooks.
