NetIDme launches new age and ID verification services for Austria and Switzerland

Dec. 6, 2013 - PRLog -- NetIDme has launched new verification services in Austria and Switzerland.  These new services will allow clients to confirm the age and identity of their customers and meet KYC requirements with minimum data entry required from end users.

This will assist businesses operating across a range of regulated sectors to provide a seamless customer onboarding experience.  Verification is based upon access to a wealth of data in the regions which can be used to cross-check customer information.

The pool of data used to confirm consumer age and identity in Switzerland includes credit header information, registers of inhabitants, registers births and deaths, telephone data and postal services data.

This means that 90%of Swiss citizens can now be verified with simple name, address and date of birth information.  The remainder can be verified with the addition of information from passports.

Within Austria, NetIDme has secured access to credit header information, telephone information and address data from multiple sources.  These combined sources facilitate passrates of up to 90% from the entry of basic information.  The remainder can be verified with additional document information.

These new services are accessible through one single point of integration with NetIDme’s Optimised Ratings Engine (ORE) engine which searches exhaustively through a range of sources in order to verify consumers.

The Swiss and Austrian data complements NetIDme’s existing range of services which are used to verify individuals across a range of geographies, helping to facilitate cross border trade for many online businesses.
