Prominent Medical Malpractice Attorney David Drexler To Teach Course Southwestern University School

SHERMAN OAKS, Calif. - Dec. 6, 2013 - PRLog -- David Drexler, a preeminent Los Angeles medical malpractice attorney, has accepted an invitation to participate in the teaching of a course on medical malpractice law at the Southwest University School of Law on July 3, 2012. Drexler is one of a small handful of Nationally Board Certified Trial Attorneys in medical negligence and professional liability.

Los Angeles, July 2, 2012 – Renowned  medical malpractice attorney David Drexler will assist in teaching a summer course on professional medical negligence at Los Angeles’s esteemed Southwest University Law School.  Scheduled on July 3, 2012, at the university’s world-renowned Art Deco landmark campus, Drexler will focus on “Basic Survival Skills of Medical Malpractice Cases”.

Law Professor Edward C. Stark, physician Scott Bateman M.D., and Drexler, a Board Certified medical malpractice attorney, teach the elective course.  “Many of our law students will decide whether to chart a course towards medical malpractice and professional negligence based on the strength of this class.  That’s how vital it is at this juncture in the curriculum,” states Stark, himself a recognized trial attorney specializing in torts, business litigation and professional licensure defense.

Drexler’s presentation will cover all aspects of prosecuting a medical malpractice case starting with definitions and moving through research, strategy, hiring of experts, trial preparation as well as reviewing landmark case studies.
