), who was educated at the University of California in Los Angeles, is a widely known investor and consultant for a variety of businesses.
There were two major discussion topics on the agenda during this meeting of executives and politicians. The first being a large multi-million dollar international deal for new and innovative technology to extract oil in larger quantities and the other to bring Aquaponics facilities and technology to Tatarstan.

These great quantities would include extraction from heavy tar sand oil fields and being able to apply it to Oil Fracking Fields as well. As a leader in this industry, Ritesman felt confident of these strategic business solutions being beneficial to the country of Tatarstan.
The second discussion topic included CEO of Global Aquaponics Inc, Andre Grant. Aquaponics is a food production company that uses technology and local resources to produce healthy and clean food. Grant and Ritesman discussed Aquaponics strategies with Minnikhanov (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rustam_Minnikhanov
) and discussed possibilities of bringing Aquaponics facilities and technology to Tatarstan in order to produce mass amounts of clean and healthy food for citizens of Tatarstan.
