Magline Innovation 2014 Addresses Foodservice Warehouse Employee Recruiting

Dec. 6, 2013 - PRLog -- Recently, Karl Jensen, National Sales Manager for Magline, discussed how the company is addressing the challenges foodservice companies face in warehouse and delivery employee recruiting as part of the Innovation 2014 initiative.  According to Jensen, “Employee recruiting and turnover is a significant issue as many firms are unable to find warehouse and delivery personnel with adequate skills willing to perform the needed tasks.  This is a topic driving a lot of the early discussions with CooLift.  Two customers in the foodservice arena recently shared this is a major problem for them.  They are not able to attract the needed personnel to fill the openings or, they cannot retain the personnel due to injury or the physical nature if the work.  CooLift is seen as a game changer for these two major foodservice companies in attracting and retaining drivers.”
