Suburban Jewelers in Plainfield Closing its Doors Forever after 52 Years

PLAINFIELD, N.J. - Dec. 5, 2013 - PRLog -- After 52 years and two generations in Plainfield, New Jersey, Suburban Jewelers will be closing their doors forever.  The store closing sale is now in progress. Founded in 1961, family owned Suburban Jewelers has proudly served Plainfield and the surrounding area and has been dedicated to bringing integrity, quality, value and personal service to their customers, neighbors and friends.

According to owner Elissa Cohen the decision to close Suburban Jewelers was a difficult one.  "I have made many lasting relationships over the years.  This decision is bittersweet but I feel it is time to pursue new endeavors in my jewelry career and start a new chapter in my life.  This decision is not one I take lightly".

With this in mind and just in time for the holidays, Suburban Jewelers is selling off their entire inventory at deep discounts. This includes all gold, diamond and colored stone jewelry, silver jewelry, estate jewelry, watches, and their extensive collection of figurines and china.  Giftware brands include Thomas Blackshear's Ebony Visions, Lladro, Swarovski crystal, Hummel, Precious Moments, Armani and Lenox.
