Cass Business School welcomes Worshipful Company of Marketors

Dec. 5, 2013 - PRLog -- She visited the School to present the Company's 2013/14 scholarship cheque to Cass Dean Professor Steve Haberman.

The Worshipful Company of Marketors has actively supported students at Cass since 2007.

The annual scholarship is awarded to a full time MBA student with a genuine interest in marketing who plans to pursue or continue a career in the industry. The scholarship is valued at £10,000.

The new scholarship recipient will be selected in early 2014.

Applicants are evaluated on the approach they would take to a given topic for their Business Mastery Project (BMP) (http://www.cass.city.ac.uk/courses/mba/full-time-mba/the-course/business-mastery-project) - a key element of the MBA programme. As a result, the scholarship recipient's BMP becomes a reputable piece of work which is marketed by the Company upon completion.

Following the presentation of the cheque to Professor Haberman, Sally attended a corporate breakfast briefing entitled Consumer culture research insights for Brand Managers and delivered by Cass Senior Lecturer Dr Marius Luedicke. She also visited the new Cass executive premises at 200 Aldersgate Street.

Professor Haberman commented: "we were very pleased to welcome Sally and show her round our new executive space. The Worshipful Company of Marketors' ongoing support is invaluable, and makes a real difference to the lives of the MBA candidates the scholarship supports."
