ORLANDO, Fla. - Dec. 5, 2013 - PRLog -- The 2014 Call Center Summit will be co-located with the Call Center Executive Exchange in January 21-23, 2014 at the Disney’s Contemporary Resort, in Orlando, FL.

The Call Center Summit and Call Center Executive Exchange are an integral part of IQPC’s Call Center Week series of events.  As you know, Call Center Week is the largest, most comprehensive call center event conference and exhibition in the world with over 1,500 customer-focused executives gathering each June in Las  Vegas.

How an Exchange event works:

The Call Center Executive  Exchange is an exciting new addition to the Call Center Summit and brings an evolutionary concept in networking and business information delivery – one that is designed to directly connect motivated prospects with credible solution providers in formal business meetings.

Call Center Executive Exchangedelegates are diligently interviewed and carefully selected to attend based on their company size, seniority within the organization, budget for new solutions and timelines for selecting new vendor partners.  These executives commit, in writing, to sit down with selected solution providers and start the due diligence process.
